Born in Bulgaria, she has won significant international competitions, including the 2nd Prize at the “Ghena Dimitrova” Competition in Pleven and the 1st Prize at the 6th “Etta e Paolo Limiti Prize” Competition in Milan.
Since 2017, she has studied and participated in masterclasses with the renowned soprano Raina Kabaivanska at the New Bulgarian University and the “Vecchi-Tonelli” Music Institute in Modena, honing her technical and artistic skills under Kabaivanska’s guidance.
She was admitted to the Accademia della Scala, where she debuted as Carolina in Cimarosa’s Il matrimonio segreto. Subsequently, she shone as Chiara in Chiara e Serafina at the Donizetti Festival in Bergamo and debuted as the Little Prince in Pierangelo Valtinoni’s Il piccolo principe at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
At the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, she performed the role of Musetta in La Bohème on November 16 and 25, 2023.
In January 2024, she won the Emerging Voices Award at the 75th edition of the AsLiCo International Competition for Young Opera Singers. She portrayed the role of Ivette in La Rondine at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, under the baton of Maestro Riccardo Chailly and the stage direction of Irina Brook, alongside Mariangela Sicilia and Matteo Lippi.
As part of the centenary celebrations of Giacomo Puccini’s death, Aleksandrina performed the role of Musetta in a reduced version of La Bohème on tour, conducted by Maestro Alberto Veronesi and staged by Grischa Asagaroff, presented in Baku, Azerbaijan. Recently, she achieved great success performing Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana at the State Opera of Varna, conducted by Bisera Chadlovska.
She also participated in the Gala dedicated to Puccini and Strauss for the opening of the “Opera at the Summer Theater” festival in Varna, alongside soprano Aleksandrina Pendachanska and under the direction of Grigor Palikarov. Additionally, she reprised the role of Musetta in Giacomo Puccini’s La Bohème at the Varna Opera.
In November 2024, she debuted in the role of Violetta in La Traviata at the Varna Theater, achieving incredible personal success, which was repeated at the National Theater in Sofia on December 7.
